The rules for using Pragati Bharati.
This document explains how Pragati Bharati works with your data and what you agree to when you create an account. Read it before you continue.
These terms are a contract between you and Pragati Bharati. By ticking the box and creating an account, or by using the service, you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not create an account.
You must give accurate details and be able to form a binding contract. You may hold one account; the phone number must be one you own.
You sign up and sign in with a mobile number verified by OTP and, if you set one, a password. You are responsible for everything done through your account. Do not share OTPs or passwords. Tell us at once if you think someone else is using your account. Standard SMS charges of your operator may apply.
The service uses only the access it needs: your phone number and name to run the account; a language cookie and local storage to keep you signed in and remember preferences; files you choose to upload; exam-security signals (tab visibility, focus, full-screen and connection status) during secured tests; and Razorpay checkout when you pay. It does not use your location or push notifications, and it does not use your camera or microphone unless a test tells you so in advance and your browser asks your permission. Do not cheat, share or sell test questions or answer keys, use bots or scripts, scrape the service, attempt to bypass exam security, impersonate others, harass other users, upload unlawful or harmful material or malware, probe or disrupt our systems, or use the service for commercial resale without our written permission. We may remove content and suspend or end accounts that break these rules.
When a test runs with exam security you agree to stay in the test window and, where required, full-screen mode, and to take it without outside help unless the rules say otherwise. You agree that the integrity signals described in the Privacy Policy are recorded and shared with the teacher or institution who set the test, and that warnings, flags, a locked or ended attempt or an invalid result may follow violations according to the test's policy.
AI features generate explanations and recommendations automatically and can be incorrect or incomplete. Check important facts against your textbooks and teachers. We do not promise any rank, score or admission. You agree that what you submit to AI features is processed by AI providers as described in the Privacy Policy.
You keep ownership of what you submit (such as questions, uploads and messages). You give us a limited licence to host, process and display it to run the service and to the people you share it with. You confirm that you have the right to submit it and that it does not infringe anyone's rights.
Questions, solutions, designs, software and brand marks belong to Pragati Bharati or its licensors and teachers. You may use them for your own personal preparation only. If you believe content on the service infringes your copyright, file a complaint on the copyright complaint page; upheld complaints lead to removal and, where applicable, a refund of the unused share to buyers.
Paid tests, packs, access passes and subscriptions are priced in Indian rupees and paid through Razorpay. When you pay you consent to the purchase terms shown at checkout. Access is for your account only and may not be shared. Refunds follow the refund terms shown at checkout and the law; a purchase is not refundable merely because you stopped using it. Payment failures are handled by Razorpay and your bank.
Teachers and institutions who create tests, batches or marketplace products are responsible for the accuracy and legality of what they publish, must have the rights to it, and must follow the teacher content terms and any revenue-share terms they accept. They must use student data only to teach and assess the students, and in line with applicable law.
We work to keep the service running but do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error free. Features, prices and content may change. We may pause the service for maintenance. Keep your own record of anything important.
The service is provided as is and as available. To the extent the law allows, we do not give warranties about results, accuracy, fitness for a particular exam or uninterrupted use.
To the extent the law allows, Pragati Bharati is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of marks, ranks or opportunities, and our total liability for a claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before it arose. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
You may stop using the service and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms or the law, or if we must by order of an authority. Parts of these terms that by nature should continue (such as ownership, liability and disputes) survive.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in India have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer rights you have. Please contact our Grievance Officer first so we can try to resolve the issue.
We may update these terms. We will change the date at the top and, for material changes, notify you. If you keep using the service after a change you accept it; if you do not agree, stop using the service and ask us to delete your account.
